How the Power of Attorney works
Now let's see how the Power of Attorney actually works. Before making a Power of Attorney, you must first decide on what you will do with the Power of Attorney and what powers you will give him. So the powers that be that you will give him are very clear in the Power of Attorney. Another thing you all know is that many people were cheated when they went to power of attorney. You may have given him the power of attorney but he may later destroy your trust. Maybe he can sell any of your land or valuable property without informing you or without your permission. As a result, those who are being given the power of attorney are losing faith and those who are being given this power of attorney are in danger. And a lot of cases are going on in the court about these. So when you use the power of attorney, make sure that the person you are empowering is able to protect your trust. And only if he is faithful and seems to be able to defend your faith will you give him your Power of Attorney. And think about what power you will give him and then give it. So that you do not have to wear any problem in the future.
Now we will know how to do this Power of Attorney if you are in exile. Suppose you are abroad and in this case you want to solve the land problem in your country by using Power of Attorney, then first you have to take advice from a good lawer and act accordingly.
And the first thing to do is to choose a person to whom you will give power. Then through your lawyer, the power of attorney's contract will have to reach that person and get his signature there. Then you will go to the Bangladeshi embassy in the country where you will be staying and you will have to sit in front of the officer and sign the agreement. You will then be given a certificate and you will have to submit it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for attestation. After attestation from there, the certificate and power of attorney agreement will go to the revenue office of the district council. From there you will have to put a stamp of Rs.200 and you will be given a serial number of 12 digits. This serial number will prove the registration of your power of attorney. And with that you go to the subregister office. These documents will then be handed over from the subregistration office to the person to whom you will give your power of attorney. Then after receiving all these agreement power, that person will be the owner of the power you have given and will act according to your instructions.
